● I am interested on starting a project, what is the turnaround?
The expected timeframe for a basic logo design project is 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that, the estimated time may increase up to
4 days depending on complexity and changes made to the initial concepts.
Logo and Website combinations are expected to take upwards
of 11 days before completion.
● What file formats are the final projects shipped in?
- .AI - Adobe illustrator Vector files (Editable)
- .PSD - Adobe Photoshop Layered files (Editable)
- .JPEG & .TIFF - High and Low resolution compatible files (Not editable)
- .PNG - Regular and Transparent files (Not editable)
* Additional file formats can be generated upon request
● When will I be able to receive the files?
We will contact you upon completion of the final project. Files will be
transferred to the client upon successful completion of payment.
It usually takes between 12-24 hours before payment has been
verified and processed.
● How can I pay for the service?
Payment will be processed through the use of 2checkout or Paypal.
You have the option of paying by:
1 - Paypal
2 - Authorized credit card (Most major credit cards accepted)
Payment must be received before final files can be accessed.
There are no exceptions to this rule
● Do I own the full rights over the final product after paying?
After payment has been completed, a copyright transfer document
signed by the author will be sent to you This in turn will give you
full rights to the purchased product.
● Can I terminate the project after placing an order?
In this rare instance, 20% of the projects fee will be kept by the author
as a restitution for the time spent on it.
This in turn also means that, 20% of the project's fee must be paid in advance.
● Ok, I want to start a project now, is there anything else I should know?
To start a project, please fill the form on the right of the page to
the best of your ability.Remember, if you do not enter key details
such as your name and email, we have no way of contact you.
We recommend you include the information below to make
the procedure as least time consuming as possible:
Excact name of your company
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Website address (optional)
- Project's name and Project's description
- Any other important information regarding the project that would assist us
It is preferable to also provide us:
- The exact name of your company + Optional Tagline
- What services/products you provide?
- Logos or websites that you like.
- Logos or websites that you don't like.
- Logo type: text only or text + symbol
- Description about the company, target audience and more…
- Preferred/non-preferred colours.
- Project budget (Please refer to the standart pricing table).
